Arnold Schwarzenegger on a motorcycle (Terminator), Harry, Hermoine and Ron on a bench (The Harry Potter series), Mel Gibson (Braveheart) and more.

Obviously Sam Neill fighting off a dinosaur (recreating the scene from Dinosaur Park) is the best one, but Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster having a face off in Silence of the Lambs is outstanding.
