Robert Pattinson has revealed that he came very close to being fired from 'Twilight', the film that made him a household name.

"I didn't have to kiss anybody's [butt] the entire time," he recalled. "I don't think I did, anyway." He said that he was rebellious on set and didn't like taking orders from the crew..

The 31-year- old face of the vampire franchise said his refusal to do what he was told once went so out of hand that his agents had to fly down to the set in Canada to set him straight and prevent him from getting fired. Looks like 'Edward' also needs someone to save him at times.
