Playboy model Dani Mathers pleaded no contest on Wednesday to invasion of privacy after she secretly photographed a 70-year-old woman in the shower area of an LA gym and posted it on social media in July. She posted the picture on Snapchat with the caption, "If I can't unsee this, you can't either."

Following criticism for body shaming the elderly woman, Mathers apologised and said, "I know that body-shaming is wrong and it's not what I am about." The 30-year-old model was ordered to complete 30 hours of graffiti removal service and sentenced to a three-year probation period.
