Kris Jenner is being sued for allegedly stealing ideas for daughter Kim Kardashian West’s video game. Jenner has had a lawsuit filed against her by game developers Kung Fu Factory, who accuse her of ripping off their ideas for Kim’s $200 million mobile app.
Kung Fu claimed they presented a copyrighted proposal for the app that was seen by Kris’s camp in 2011 and was ‘very specific’, including how the reality TV star’s fans would play the game and how characters would appear.
The suit added after a significant amount of time had passed the talks had gone ‘dead’ and the makers were told Kris was no longer interested in launching a game.
However, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was then launched in 2014 and Kung Fu say it has many similarities to their copyrighted proposal.
