The 41-year-old American Idol judge is teaming up with her singer-husband Marc Anthony for the brand's launch. Renowned fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger will be working with Jenny on the new project.
"The difference this time around is Jennifer is fully engaged with the company now," said Hilfiger.
Earlier the singer-actress was forced to retire from her Sweetface brand in 2009 after failing to connect with shoppers.

"I felt like I was trapped in a situation I couldn't get out of and my name was stamped on things that I didn't believe in. I didn't understand the business well enough," said Lopez.
