The 35-year-old actress, however, enjoyed watching her Oscar winning performance of a serial killer in the 2003 film Monster, reported Contactmusic.
"I hate to see myself on screen. When I did Monster it wasn't too bad, because I didn't look like Charlize Theron," said Theron.

The South African born beauty, who was also the producer of Monster, said that the low budget worked in favour of the film.
"During the rough cut I had to watch a lot of my scenes over and over again. I would slit my wrists if I had to watch my other films that often.
The fact that we didn't have money saved us, this way all seemed a lot more authentic.
With a bigger budget we automatically would have used prosthetics, but fortunately we weren't able to afford more than false teeth," added Theron.
