Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is all set to make his acting debut. According to the Daily Mirror, the 24-year-old The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker will be seen acting in a TV show.

Ed, who had previously auditioned for a part on a ITV show, will finally get to exhibit his acting chops in this project, being put together by one of his friends.
“I have an acting job coming out after July. I can't say too much about it because the pilot just got picked up, which is good, but it’s a TV show,” he was quoted saying. It’s a medieval TV show and it’s really, really dark. It’s gruesome and it's going to be fine because my friend wrote it,” is all Sheeran has revealed.
It seems the Give Me Love star has a penchant for blood and gore. The singer is apparently also keen on starring in the HBO hit, 'Game Of Thrones'.
