Deana's stint in the show had sparked a bullying storm, with the former beauty queen calling her stay on the show "the worst days of my life".
She sought libel damages from housemate McIntyre, production company Endemol UK Ltd and Channel 5.
But High Court judge Justice Dingemans ruled the taunts aimed at her were not defamatory, reports birminghammail.co.uk.
McIntyre had shouted expletives at Deana after she used an epilator while sitting on the kitchen table, while leaving leg hair behind. Matters turned ugly thereafter.
