There is a thorn in reality show judge Cheryl's divorce after her ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini refused to sign a 'confidentially agreement'.
The 35-year-old restaurateur, who married the singer in 2014 after three months of dating, but announced they were splitting in January this year, reportedly feels the brunette beauty is trying to 'gag' him by forcing him to sign a contract, which will never allow him to defend himself against any false claims made about him.
A friend close to him said, "J-B has moved on, it's been a really tough year for him with his father dying, leaving him the only remaining member of his family. Then there is getting divorced and being bound by a confidentially agreement."
Jean allegedly felt he received no support from his 33-year-old partner after his father's death, and that made him realise the former The X Factor judge wasn't the girl he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
Cheryl is very much in love with 23-year-old One Direction band member Liam Payne, who she has been dating since February this year.
