Celebrating her 25 years in cinema, Kareena Kapoor Khan has been honoured with a special film festival dedicated to her by PVR Inox. At the launch event in Mumbai, she reminisced about her memorable roles in `Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham` and `Jab We Met`.
She further discussed her experience filming `Jab We Met` and how it unexpectedly overshadowed `Tashan`, a film she was working on at the same time. Despite her anticipation that `Tashan`, featuring big names like Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, would be a major success, `Jab We Met` received more acclaim upon release, surprising her. She had focused on her physical transformation for `Tashan`, expecting it to be her standout action film.
