The makers held a special screening of the film on Tuesday and Bollywood came to relive the magic of 'bada parada' with Roohi.

Along with the cast of Roohi- Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma, Producer Dinesh Vijan Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Director Hardik Mehta, B-towners such as Javed Akhtar, Boney Kapoor, Pratik Gandhi, Nushrat Bharucha, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Filmmaker Anand L. Rai and Ramesh Taurani were present among the others.
Varun Sharma has tickled the funny bone with his portrayals as the innocent Choocha in "Fukrey" and cute campus boy Sexa in "Chhichhore". The actor would tell you comedy is serious business and that people trying to make others laugh should not be taken lightly.
Janhvi Kapoor plays a character that is possessed by a ghost in the upcoming film Roohi, and she had to undergo "multiple look tests" to perfect her appearance for the role.

Director Hardik Mehta says she adapted to the role well. "We did multiple look tests to arrive at a combination of prosthetics and VFX to create the look for Janhvi. What really surprised me was the switch that Janhvi would make as soon as prosthetics would come into play, and her whole body language and voice would change to that of her witch character."
