Until @munmun.ganeriwal told me it isn’t. Sitting on the mat every day for few minutes, trying to tune in even when infinite thoughts might interfere, offers as much benefits to our body and mind. The act of meditating is actually classified as ‘Upasana Yoga’ in Yogic scriptures."

Best, low intensity, simple movement to improve and maintain basic strength, joint mobility, balance and focus."
For Kareena Kapoor Khan, 'The world is a yoga mat.' And she looks stunning in her outfit for this post
Malaika Arora could be the name behind Monday Motivation and the epitome of fitness and health. She doesn't need any occasion to share such fitness posts and videos. Here, she wrote- "Get on the mat and show up every day for yourself. For your physical health. For your mental health & For your emotional health &
For your spiritual health."
Alia Bhatt too took to Yoga during the lockdown and a little before that too. She thinks- "progress over perfection." Agree?
Shilpa Shetty has written a book on Yoga so how could she not be on the list? A long note describes her pose for the day. Read- "The body always needs a little bit of a push to follow a routine when it has worked without much of a break. Feeling a little sluggish or lazy may feel natural, but never give in to your body’s demands completely. Give it enough rest, but don’t let it become inactive. So, today I spent a few minutes practicing the Viparita Naukasana. It may not look like a very heavy routine, but it’s a power-packed one. It helps strengthen the lower back & pelvic region, shoulders & arms, and hips. It also improves the flexibility of the spine, massages abdominal organs, and improves digestion. However, if you’ve had an abdominal surgery recently or are pregnant, please avoid this asana."
Believe it or not, this picture was once Sophie Choudry's screen cover and could be even now. The actress writes- "Teaser. No seriously…that’s what this exercise is called!!"

As the world joins to spread the message of Yoga, I will be live with all of you here on Instagram at 6 PM to chat about how I have been doing my yoga workouts from home all this while."
