Ritu Nanda last rites: Rishi Kapoor with Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Navya Naveli, Agastya bid farewell

Also Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor's sister, Ritu married Rajan Nanda in 1969, and the duo was blessed with two kids Nikhil and Natasha Nanda. Shweta Bachchan Nanda tied the knot with Nikhil in 1997.
Ritu Nanda is survived by her son Nikhil Nanda, daughter Natasha and her grandchildren including Navya Naveli and Agastya, besides members of the Kapoor and Nanda families. Her husband, Rajan, passed away two years ago.
Several members of Ritu Nanda's family were clicked at the funeral in New Delhi. Some of them were Abhishek Bachchan, Rima Jain, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, among others.

Navya Naveli Nanda was inconsolable at grandmom Ritu Nanda's funeral. Mamu Abhishek Bachchan was right there with her, comforting her.
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was also spotted at her bua's funeral in New Delhi. The jewellery designer had shared an Instagram photo with Ritu Nanda with the caption, "To the kindest most gentle person I've ever met - They don't make them like you anymore - RIP bua #missyoualways [sic]."
Ritu Nanda kept away from the glamour of Bollywood and became an independent entrepreneur.

She initially tried her luck in the household appliances business, which didn't take off, and later in the insurance sector, which turned out to be a success.

Kaajal Anand, aka Putlu, a close friend to many B-town celebs, also attended the funeral to pay her last respects to Ritu Nanda.
Veteran actor Randhir Kapoor was also spotted attending sister Ritu Nanda's last rites in New Delhi.
Ritu Nanda had written an official biography on her legendary father, "Raj Kapoor: The One and Only Showman". The biography was translated into several languages including Russian.
