Akshaye Khanna plays Baba Bhandari in his upcoming rom-com, who is a Baahubali - loved and feared by all. Baba Bhandari is often compared to coconut, for he is tough on the outside, but soft on the inside.
Sab Kushal Mangal stars Akshaye Khanna, Padmini Kolhapure's son Priyaank Sharma, and Ravi Kishan's daughter Riva Kishan. If you see the trailer, it's a love triangle cum comedy set in a small town where there's a palette of humourous and idiosyncratic characters.

The film also stars Satish Kaushik and Supriya Pathak in the ensemble, and the trailer is laced with some sharp dialogues, counterproductive of films of such genre.

In an interview with mid-day, Akshaye Khanna said, "I haven't attempted a character like this one earlier. I am working with actors who are making their debut, and that makes this collaboration more interesting."

Sab Kushal Mangal is all set to release on January 3, 2020, and clash at the ticket windows with Himesh Reshammiya's Happy Hardy and Heer.
