Bollywood actress Neha Sharma's sister Aisha Sharma's quarantine period does not stop her from staying fit and working out regularly. Taking to Instagram, she uploaded her picture from her morning workout session. In the photo, she can be seen clad in a black sports bra and grey leggings. "Body Recovery is a very important aspect of training . If you are someone who workouts frequently and wants to get the most out of your workouts, you need to invest time in body recovery and that brings me to today’s post (sic)", she captioned the picture.
