Twinkle Khanna looked refreshing in her summer attire, she wore a beige coloured co-ord set, while daughter Nitara wore blue top and white shorts for the lunch outing.
Recently, Twinkle Khanna is known for speaking her mind and doesn't mince words when she has to give it back. The actor-turned-author had shared an Instagram post, which laid down some health tips for increasing the iron levels in one's body. However, she was turned down by a nutritionist for doing the same.
Mrs. Funnybones had suggested some tips that worked for her. She shared a picture of a healthy meal and suggested her followers to include oats, quinoa and pumpkin seeds in their diets for three months. Not just this, Twinkle also asked them to give her feedback on its results. However, a nutritionist commented on this post saying, "Ms know it all has now started giving diet advice." The user's Instagram bio says that she is a certified Clinical Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist.

Knowing Twinkle, she hit back at the user and wrote, "Since you are a nutritionist why don't you point out if the things I have suggested are not good sources of Iron or are harmful in any way?" She further continued, "I have been severely anaemic my entire life and with these simple changes have managed to reverse the condition in a short period with blood reports to substantiate the results. If something simple can help people then why not share the information. Either refute my points or take your cynicism and get off my page."
On the work front, Twinkle Khanna published her third book, Pyjamas Are Forgiving in 2018, and she's already a sensation among the Indian writers. For the unversed, Twinkle's brother, Karan Kapadia also made his Bollywood debut, along with Sunny Deol, with Blank, which released on May 3.
Akshay Kumar recently took to Instagram to share a fun picture with his Housefull 4 co-stars -- Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, and Pooja Hegde. The picture has been shot in true Game Of Thrones style, with the ladies of the movie sitting on a throne made of grinning human skulls, indicating that the film may have a horror-comedy spin to it.

Akshay Kumar shared the picture and captioned it as, "Housefull of Thrones Who Lives, Who Dies... Only the Script Decides [sic]" and tagged his co-stars in the fun post.
Earlier in the day, Akshay Kumar took daughter Nitara and her friends out for a movie at a multiplex in Juhu, Mumbai.
On the work front, Akshay Kumar is busy prepping for Good News with Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film story revolves around two married couples and their journey of love. In the film, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor will be seen playing the role of a couple who is trying to have a baby.
The shooting for Good News went on floors in November last year and ever since then, we are getting updates from the set. Apart from the Khiladi actor Good News also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani. It will hit the theatres on December 27.
