The excitement around Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Jawan' is at an all-time high. After the exceptional performance of Khan's 'Pathaan' earlier this year, one expects the Atlee-directorial to recreate the magic at the box office. From the prevue to the posters, the makers have kept the excitement around the film at its peak. Directed by Atlee, the film marks his first collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan. Now the makers have dropped the first song from the film titled 'Zinda Banda'. Composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the song has been choreographed by Shobi. 


Shah Rukh Khan took to his social media handle to share the first song from the film. Sharing the link to the song, the superstar wrote, "Usoolon par jahan aanch aaye, takrana zaroori hai, Jo zinda ho toh phir zinda nazar aana zaroori hai! When principles are at stake, one must fight, This battle is what makes you alive ! I thank Wasim Barelvi sahab with all my heart for letting us use this beautiful couple with a minor change."


"The song is written by Irshad Kamil sir, and the music is by my dear friend Anirudh. Presenting Zinda Banda," he added. 


The film is expected to present an engaging story full of emotions, action, and captivating storytelling. Reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan plays a double role of that of father and son. As per reports, he will be seen donning six different looks in the film. 

Anirudh, who is known for his musical contributions to some of the biggest hits in recent times, like Vaathi Coming, Arabic Kuthu and more, expressed his excitement, As the first song of Jawan launched today, “'Zinda Banda' holds a special place in my heart as it marks the first track I composed for the film. It’s also my first time composing for Shah Rukh Khan who is synonymous with featuring in iconic songs of our generation and I was determined to do justice to his stardom. Working with such a talented cast and crew was truly amazing, witnessing their dedication and hard work in mounting this song on such a grand scale has been inspiring. It’s been a challenging and a creatively fulfilling journey, creating the album for this film across three languages. I hope that people enjoy the music of 'Jawan' as much as I enjoyed creating it."

The filming of 'Zinda Banda' spanned five days, and the result is full of grandeur and celebration featuring Shah Rukh Khan's unmatched energy and dance moves, accompanied by over 1000 talented female dancers. The song is a perfect blend of captivating visuals and Anirudh's infectious beats, promising to get the entire nation grooving along. The song is now available in Hindi (Zinda Banda), Tamil (Vandha Edam), and Telugu (Dhumme Dhulipelaa) on all major music platforms. Don't miss the chance to experience the magic of 'Jawan'!

The film is backed by an exceptional cast, including some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry from all parts of India along with Shah Rukh Khan, starting from Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles, and Deepika Padukone in a special appearance, along with Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover and Mukesh Chhabra will be seen in pivotal roles.
 
'Jawan' is directed by Atlee. The film is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma, and will release in theatres on September 7, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
