JAGGA: It was a Punjabi movie starring my dad that won several awards. I still have vivid memories of Sunny Deol bhaiya getting his projector and all of us kids sitting to watch it on a huge wall. When dad got killed in the movie, my elder sister threw a fit and despite dad trying to pacify her, she did not stop crying. As a result, we had to stop the screening!
NANAK DUKHIYA SAB SANSAR: It was the first Punjabi movie I acted in as a child actor. As a result, it remains close to my heart. The film was shot in our ancestral village in Punjab, so there was a special bond with the project.
SHOLAY: I remember seeing it in Basant theatre with my brother Amrik in the first week itself. It was a Sunday and dad was shooting for Jai Bajrang Bali next door in Basant studios. The industry had called it a washout while we loved it so much that we ended up seeing it around 20 times.
LOOTERA: Dad was at his best in this film, we kids loved him so much as a pirate in the movie that we would end up watching it every now and then u2013 I still watch the entire movie at least once every year.
KARAN: This is another film that will always stay close to my heart because I was part of it. It did well in Mumbai but did not elsewhere as it was not released properly.
