A little slice of Bollywood was in Panjim this week to attend the soft launch of VEDRO bar & kitchen. Located in the Latin quarter of Panjim, the resto bar owned by Vedant Gupta boasts of interiors by Sussanne Khan. Chefs Maia Laifungbam and Sanchit Behl say the wonderfully eccentric cuisine they serve is a “play on Indian flavours with French and Japanese techniques.” Opening its doors on April
