Rohman Shawl opened up on his lady love Sushmita Sen and his equation with her daughters

Be it at fancy dinner outings, or low-key family get-togethers, Rohman Shawl and Sushmita Sen are truly inseparable. The couple is going strong, working out together, and also, making fitness look like a cakewalk.

Now, in a recent interview, Rohman opened up about his lady love and his equation with her daughters. Rohman also went on to share that whenever marriage happens, they won't hide it. Talking to The Times Of India, he said, "Sushmita, her daughters (Renee and Alisah) and I are a family already. Sometimes, I am like a father to the kids, sometimes, I am a friend to them, and at times, we fight, too. We live like a normal family, and we enjoy that. So, we don’t dwell upon questions like ‘ Aap shaadi kab kar rahe ho (when are you getting married)’. When marriage happens, we won’t hide it. For now, we are enjoying the success of her web series. Aage sochenge kya hota hai (we will think about the future later)."
He also added that dating Sushmita has changed his perception of fame. "Everything in my life changed after that (meeting Sushmita). As outsiders, we have a certain perception about a star’s life. But when you stay with them, you realise that it’s a lot of hard work. On a personal level, that changed me. I started taking things seriously, I started respecting life more, both mine and others'," he added.
"When I started modelling, I wanted to be a star, but now, I have different plans. I want to venture into business, eventually. But for now, I want to stick to modelling as that makes me happy. Being famous is not on my wish list anymore," he concluded.
The couple never shies away from expressing their love on social media. On January 4, Sushmita wished her boyfriend happy birthday in a romantic way. Sushmita shared a couple of photographs clicked together with Rohman and wrote: "Happyyyyyy Birthday My Babushhhh @rohmanshawl ‘Rooh se Rooh tak'. May God bless you with abundance of all that your beautiful heart desires...to know you is to love you!! Here's to your health & happiness always!! On Sushmita's birthday on November 19, Rohman had shared a photograph where he kisses her on the forehead and wished her with a 'shayari'. He wrote: "Kuch na kahu toh adhoora sa reh jaega, kuch kahu to bhi pura na ho paega !! Tu bemisaal hai, ye duniya ne maana hain !! Tu kya kamaal hain, ye maine tere pass aake jaana hain !! And in another interaction, Sen spoke about her beau and this is what she had to say, "Initially, he kept hiding his age for some reason. I would keep asking him, 'So, how old are you? You look so young.' And he would be like, 'You guess!' Later, once I realised how young he was, as to why he didn't want that to get in the way of this conversation. So yeah, we did not really choose this, it was chosen for us. It was destined," she said.
The Main Hoon Na actress also narrated how she met Rohman on Instagram while she accidentally found him in her DMs. She said, "I don't check my DMs, I never opened direct messages. I was shouting at somebody in the house because they had just broken a glass and I had a touch screen phone in front of me and I was just scrolling direct messages and I don't know while saying something, I accidentally pressed and opened this message. And there is a gentleman there playing the guitar and saying the loveliest things and I am thinking, 'Who is he?'"
