While we all love seeing her sport different kinds of stylish gym wear, it also proves that it takes a lot of effort and dedication to look the way she does. The gorgeous model-actress can carry off any outfit she wears effortlessly!


Now, in a recent social media post, Malla has once again given us some fitness inspiration. The yoga enthusiast has shared a picture of her acing the Utthita Vasisthasana, aka the side plank, and it's quite amazing how easily she seems to have done it.

Malaika also listed the many ways the side plank can help your body and mind. For starters, it helps with strengthening the arms, wrists, navel area and legs, and also helps to improve your sense of balance and focus.
