The makers of the upcoming courtroom drama, Mulk are all set to deliver a power packed performance with an intense journey. The trailer of the movie was unveiled on Monday and it features Taapsee Pannu and Rishi Kapoor in a lead role.


The movie revolves around a terror suspect Shahid Mohamme (Prateik Babbar), his father Murad Ali Mohammed (Rishi Kapoor), and the defense lawyer, Aarti Mohammed (Taapsee Pannu). The trailer reveals that Prateik Babbar is a terrorist, and involved in a bomb blast. Prateik goes absconding, and this leads to the police knocking down Rishi Kapoor's home, and arresting him and other members of the family, assuming that they know about their son's whereabouts.


The next few seconds shows some strong dialogues by Ashutosh Rana, who is playing the role of a public prosecutor.


The movie also features Rajat Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles. Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the social-thriller has been jointly produced by Deepak Mukut and Anubhav Sinha. It is slated to hit the screens on August 3.
