Mira Rajput Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor tied the knot in July 2015, and are proud parents to two cute little children - Misha and Zain. While Misha was born in 2016, Zain was born in 2018. In a recent interview, Mira Rajput spoke about both her pregnancies and how family support is extremely important every step of the way.

Speaking to Zoom TV, Mira shared, "It was my family who gave all the advice and I relied on them for helping me embrace the change every day. My sisters are moms themselves and they used to give me practical tips along the journey. "

She added, "Moreover, your partner's support is really important in every step and that helped me stay very calm and happy. Pregnancy is a beautiful journey you embark on with your partner and one should embrace it and never shy away from the same. I was only able to do this with complete support from both Shahid and my family."

Mira Rajput Kapoor also emphasised on the fact that listening to yourself and to your body is crucial when pregnant. She said, "Traditional tips from mom and sisters along with my own love for yoga helped me stay confident both mentally and physically during both Misha and Zain. Moreover, listening to your body and developing a healthy routine helped me."

Isn't that good advice?

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will soon be seen in Jersey, also starring Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur. The film is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri and has music by Sachet and Parmpara. It is a Hindi remake of the critically-acclaimed and commercially successful Telugu Film Jersey.
