As Mayank describes it, "This podcast is about Bombay, it is about films but told through the eyes of some very unique guests, who matter to both, i.e. Mumbai and the Movies. Therefore, what we have is a whole lot of anecdotes, some pop culture history, trivia, and a little bit of drama."
"But with my personal guarantee, these are some of the best stories from people you don't usually hear from," concludes Mayank.
The first episode of the podcast features Sham Kaushal one of the most prolific action directors of Hindi cinema. Kaushal is known for his work in films like 'Dangal' (2016), 'Padmaavat' (2018), 'Dhoom 3' (2013) and 'Bajirao Mastaani' (2015).
He got his big break with the Malayalam film 'Indrajalam' (1990), which was followed by Sunny Deol-starrer 'Yodha' (1991). Kaushal has since choreographed stunt sequences for over a hundred movies. He is also known for his work in Anurag Kashyap's 'Gangs of Wasseypur' (2012), Hrithik Roshan's superhero film 'Krrish' (2006), among many others.
