Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are opening Koffee With Karan 8 on October 26. The chat show hosted by Karan Johar will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on Thursday. The first promo of Deepika and Ranveer went viral on Sunday evening. Twinning in black, the couple looked gorgeous and 'smoking hot', as the filmmaker said in the clip. 

In the viral clip, it has been clarified that Deepika and Ranveer will be spilling some beans on their relationship and marriage. For the unversed, it is their first appearance on Koffee With Karan as a couple. Karan also made some revelations, like their secret engagement. In the promo, he asked Deepika and Ranveer about it. The actor said he proposed to her in 2015.

Ranveer said, "Isse pehle ki koi aur aa jaye, main chappal rakh deta hu (Before anyone else comes to her, I'll approach her first)." In response to this, Deepika smiled and quipped, "Advance booking".

Further in the trailer, Karan asked Deepika whether she would love to date Ranveer's character, Rocky Randhawa, from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. She replied, "I'm married to Rocky Randhawa."

In the promo, Karan was heard asking Deepika who she thinks she has the best on-screen chemistry with. She responded, "Hrithik Roshan, which you will see." In the next frame, Ranveer said, "Can't wait to see it yaar."

According to reports, the couple will be unveiling their wedding video on Koffee With Karan 8. Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot in November 2018 at Loko Como, Italy, in an intimate affair with very close family and friends in attendance. They were dating for a couple of years before marrying. They began dating when they were cast as the lead pair in Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. After six years of relationship, they tied the knot. Ranveer and Deepika got married according to Sindhi and Konkani rituals.

A few months ago, rumours of trouble in Deepika and Ranveer's marriage made headlines. However, they often quashed the buzz and assured their fans that they're leading a happy married life. If reports are to be trusted, DeepVeer might address the topic of separation.
