Kangana Ranaut was spotted going around town with brother Akshit in tow yet again.
Their joint appearances have lent credence to rumours of him succeeding their other sibling, Rangoli, as manager and spokesperson to the actress.
While reports suggest that the two sisters had a fall-out, Rangoli yesterday clarified that she stopped managing Kangana following the doctor's advice to rest during pregnancy
