Jacqueliene Fernandez hinted at collaborating with Hollywood action superstar Jean-Claude Van Damme by sharing a picture with him. She's in Italy. While there's no official confirmation, speculations are rife that a project might be in the making.Â

Earlier this month, Jacqueliene attended the Italian Pavilion's panel discussion at the ongoing edition of the Venice International Film Festival. The discussion was centred on the subject of ‘New Image, new lifestyle and cinema in the new media time’. Sharing her experience, she said, "I am overwhelmed to be a part of the Italian Pavilion's panel discussion. It is a wonderful opportunity to delve into the fusion of cinema, lifestyle, and the digital age."Â
She further mentioned, "I believe that in today's world, everyone has the ability to capture their own story, and I am honoured to share my thoughts on how technology has amplified this capability."
Workwise, Jacqueliene will be seen with Sonu Sood in Fateh. Helmed by Vaibhav Mishra, it is based on a cybercrime. Sonu and Jacqueliene have participated in various workshops, and are expected to be coached by ethical hackers on the sets while filming. The film also features Shivjyoti Rajput and Vijay Raaz in prominent roles.Â
The film is backed by Sood himself. Recently, he offered a role to a hearing-impaired contestant named Shubham, from Uttar Pradesh in 'Fateh' during the auditions for Season 19 of 'MTV Roadies - 'Karm Ya Kaand.Â
Talking about Fateh, the actress said in a statement, "Ever since the first reading of the script, I had decided that I want to be a part of this. Now, as we start shooting for Fateh, I am excited for us to bring forth a story that people will really enjoy."
Some of the best names from Hollywood including the director of photography, research team, and action choreographers have been roped in for Fateh, which is scheduled for a release later this year.
