Seen in a double-breasted blue pant suit, Kapoor shared photos from her meeting with the designer on her social media handles. “What an amazing experience @tommyhilfiger, 36 hours in my favourite NY, in an iconic location and at a fabulous show. Thank you for having me. Can’t wait to come back (sic),” she shared.

Kangana Ranaut teased fans on social media by sharing that she was “back with my favourite @actormaddy for another stunning script”. Ranaut and R Madhavan featured together in two editions of the successful film franchise, Tanu Weds Manu, and their chemistry was appreciated. Ranaut had previously shared on her social media account that she was working on a new project. “Today, in Chennai, we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details will come soon,” she had shared.

Acclaimed actor and BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty (73), who was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata after showing symptoms of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Accident, was discharged yesterday. The actor said that his hospitalisation will not stop him from campaigning for the BJP in West Bengal for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. “Who will look after the 42 Lok Sabha constituencies in West Bengal? I will. I will be actively engaged with the BJP. If asked, I will also go to other states to campaign. I have great regards for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Time has come for the BJP to reach its peak,” Chakraborty said.

This will mark Anand’s third project with Shabana Azmi after Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, and Bun Tikki. She is expected to play a housewife operating a cartel.
