She shared a picture with son Viaan and daughter Samisha and wrote, “May Bappa’s grace help you overcome all your hurdles and obstacles.” The turmoil in her personal life did not prove to be a dampener on the festivities. The three wore polka dot outfits with the mother and daughter twinning. The actor is known to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with great fanfare at her Juhu home.

Veteran singer Mukesh and family have been bringing Ganpati home for 28 years. “How eagerly we wait for this day every year. Papa becomes like a child in the house, waiting for his favourite Bappa to come home. The family starts preparing for months in advance to celebrate His arrival at the Mukesh residence,” wrote actor Neil Nitin Mukesh. It is also family get-together time.
