The actor and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) politician, who were initially planning an October shaadi, are said to have had a change of heart. The couple is reportedly advancing the pheras. Sources claim that Pari and Raghav are now planning to tie the knot on September 25. Like her Mimi didi, i.e. cousin Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and jijaji Nick Jonas, Pari and Raghav have apparently finalised a Rajasthan fort palace for their destination wedding. While her team has begun working out her schedule, the actor will get busy with the shaadi ki taiyaari in early September. She and her politician-fiancé are also said to host a grand wedding reception in Gurugram, followed by another in Mumbai.

After her reported split with Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani is said to have found love in model Aleksandar Ilic. She had even introduced him as her boyfriend in one of her social media posts. Now, Aleksandar has got Disha’s face inked on his arm. She shared a video that sees him flaunting the tattoo and the duo is joined by Tiger’s sister Krishna Shroff. Disha also shared a picture of Aleksandar with the tattoo, captioned, “I’m so touched Alexii. So lucky to have you, my friend,” with heart emojis and hashtag #bff. While he has several tattoos, Disha’s face is the most prominent of them all.

Amy Jackson and Ed Westwick, who were recently in India for work and vacation, have taken the next step in their relationship. They have bought their dream home in the English countryside. The duo shared the update with a picture, saying, “Back in April, we [finalised] our dream home. We found the most idyllic country house, surrounded by greenery and fresh air to breathe (no hard feelings London!)” The couple, who made their relationship official last February, added, “We’ve been renovating for the last three months and there’s still a long way to go!”
Suriya, Dulquer to team up
About three years since Soorarai Pottru wowed cinegoers and won National Awards, Suriya and director Sudha Kongara are teaming up again. This time around, they will be joined by Dulquer Salmaan, who is winning hearts of audiences with his performances. The yet-untitled gangster thriller is currently in the development stages. Both actors have given their nod to the project, which Sudha reportedly called her most ambitious venture so far. In a recent interview, she has been quoted as saying, “My next project is more challenging compared to Soorarai Pottru. It is a big-budget film, but it is not a biopic. It is my passion project, and Suriya is also equally excited about it.”

Kiara Advani may not be the final choice for the leading lady in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, which sees Ranveer Singh play the iconic role that was first essayed by Amitabh Bachchan and later by Shah Rukh Khan. Recently, a video of Kriti Sanon meeting producer Ritesh Sidhwani went viral. Moroever, she also posed for pictures for the waiting paparazzi. Banita, AP make it official
Remember Banita Sandhu? The Welsh actor made her Bollywood debut opposite Varun Dhawan in October (2018) and was last seen in Sardar Udham (2021), which starred Vicky Kaushal in the titular role. Well, she has confirmed her relationship with singer-rapper AP Dhillon. Banita shared a series of pictures with AP, simply captioned, “with me” with a heart emoji. The pictures give ample proof of the chemistry the duo shares. Interestingly, talk about their love story first started when she appeared in his music video, With you. The romantic track subtly hinted at the AP connection that Banita has finally confirmed with her social media posts.
Nostalgic celebrations
Subhash Ghai’s Khalnayak recently completed 30 years of release. A special event for the Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit-starrer will be held at a popular multiplex in the city on September 4 to commemorate the occasion. Sanju, Jackie, Ghai and composer Pyarelal (of Laxmikant-Pyarelal duo) are said to be attending the event. The cast and crew will be felicitated and they will share little-known trivia from the making. After the nostalgic interaction, Khalnayak will be screened for the gathering.
