Kareena Kapoor Khan and Aamir Khan
Kareena Kapoor Khan heaped praise on her Laal Singh Chaddha co-star Aamir Khan, calling him “truly iconic” and a man with a “genius mind”. As Laal Singh Chaddha completed one year since its release, Kapoor said she was proud to be part of the film. “The way he did it, and with so much love and passion, [is commendable]. After 20 years also you can watch it and be proud to see it. Aamir has always experimented with his roles. He has always strived to do different things, and people who do things differently [may] not necessarily [always hit the bull’s eye],” she added. On the work front, Kapoor, who was last seen as Rupa in the Indian adaptation of Forrest Gump, has The Devotion of Suspect X, The Buckingham Murders, and The Crew in the pipeline.

So, paneer dosa then?
Priyanka Chopra Jonas’s musician-husband Nick Jonas loves Indian food. While interacting with a content creator at a Jonas Brothers’ concert, he responded to questions on his favourite Indian food. “I like paneer, lamb biryani, and dosa. I like dosa.” An Instagram user commented on the video, saying, “He knows dosa. As a South Indian, I’m happy for the recognition.” In 2021, Chopra revealed that Jonas likes to eat “any kind of paneer”.

Hair yesterday, gone today
Neither fans nor the paparazzi that awaited his arrival at a recent event expected to be surprised by Salman Khan’s new hairdo (or the lack of it). Khan sported a bald look while he was seen attending a party, leaving fans divided about whether the style was a hit or a miss.
Some speculated that Khan had shaved his hair as part of his work commitments. Netizens debated about whether the new look was for Sultan 2 or Tere Naam 2. Others suggested he was extending a helping hand to his friend Shah Rukh Khan, who sports a bald look in Jawan, for which the latter is conducting a round of promotions. Bit too much, don’t you think? Would you give this look a thumbs-up?
Videsi style
Actor Kay Kay Menon, who is set for the release of his upcoming sports drama film, Love All, said that since there are no visual effects in the badminton scenes of the movie, the experience of watching the film will be similar to watching an international match. Talking to media persons, Menon said, “This is a story of a father and son, and a middle-class family. The story focuses on badminton, which has been presented in a reliable manner. The actors are actual sports-persons, who are representing India at international levels.”
Yes, Jammu, we understand
Hundreds of enthusiastic fans waited for hours in the scorching heat to catch a glimpse of superstar Hrithik Roshan, who reached the city of temples for a brand event held at Channi, Jammu, on the outskirts. I am very happy and thankful to my Lord. I will continue to work hard, to be loved by you.”
