Fatima Sana Shaikh and Anil Kapoor have quietly shot for a digital film in Rajasthan. As OTT platforms prefer to keep their projects under wraps, not much is known about it. The Dangal (2016) girl and Mr Jhakaas sure make an interesting combination to look forward to.

A source, however, revealed to Bollywood Hungama, "The name of the film is Thar. It stars Anil Kapoor, son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjay Dadhich. It’s a Netflix venture and is directed by Raj Singh Chaudhary."
The Thugs Of Hindostan actress had a working birthday on the sets of the film on January 11, and the entire cast and crew, including Anil Kapoor, made it special for her. Sharing some photos from the birthday celebration, Fatima wrote, "Working birthdays are always the best!!! Thank you for making it special! Bade zoro shoro se manaane ke liye."

Anil Kapoor was last seen in the Netflix film AK Vs AK. The actor has another film, Jug Jugg Jeeyo, in the pipeline, which also stars Neetu Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan, and Prajakta Koli.
Fatima Sana Shaikh, on the other hand, was recently seen in the ensemble comedy Ludo, and a social comedy Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari.
