Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora dismissed reports of a breakup by stepping out for a Sunday lunch date

Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora are one of the most loved Bollywood couples. However, rumours of their breakup surfaced in the media recently. Reports of the rift in the relationship made headlines. On Sunday, Arjun and Malaika stepped out in the city for a lunch date and quashed rumours and speculations of their separation.

Arjun and Malaika were clicked by a group of paparazzi outside a restaurant in Mumbai. They were seen exiting the place post enjoying a hearty Sunday meal in each other's company. The actress was dressed in all-white and looked chic. He wore a black T-shirt and jeans for the outing. 

On Saturday, Malaika shared a post that read, "Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future," and added fuel to speculations of their breakup. Reports claimed that the actress unfollowed Arjun's Anshula Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor along with his father Boney Kapoor and his uncle, Anil Kapoor. 

Rumours were rife that post his alleged breakup with Malaika, Arjun found love in Kusha Kapila. The social media influencer shared a cryptic caption on her Instagram broadcast channel which read, “Roz apne baare mein itni bakwas padh kar mujhe apna khud see ek formal introduction karwana padega (Every day I read such nonsense about myself that I will now need to introduce me to myself formally)." She further added, “Every time I read sh*t about myself I just hope and pray ki meri mummy na padh le yeh aab. Unki social life has taken a big hit (hope my mother does not read it)." In June this year, Kusha had announced her separation from her husband Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia. 

Malaika celebrated International Dog Day 2023 by sharing a video with her pet, Casper. Her caption read, "I couldn’t have asked for a better companion to spend my shoot days with. Isn’t he such a natural? Celebrating today and everyday with my superstar, Casper." Dismissing gossip of trouble in their relationship, Arjun commented, "The real star of ur life (sic)." He also wrote, "Handsome boy (sic)" in another comment.
