Disturbed by the Padmavati controversy, Aditi Rao Hydari has questioned why people don't express as much anger as they do for films when women are harassed in India. The actor says though she loves her country, she fails to understand people's mindset. Hydari took to Twitter to express her disappointment.

"Why aren't people as angry and demanding [of] change when women are raped, violated, sold, beaten, pimped or killed in the womb. I don't get it. I love my country, but I don't understand it anymore," she said. The point is worthy of attention.
