Faizan Khan faizan. khan@ mid- day. com MUMBAI police have started investigating a video in which some people participating in the Queer Pride March at Azad Maidan on Saturday are seen raising slogans in support of sedition accused and activist Sharjeel Imam, who has been arrested by the Delhi police.

The Delhi police had arrested Imam last week for allegedly making inflammatory speeches against the Citizenship ( Amendment) Act ( CAA) and National Register of Citizens ( NRC) at Shaheen Bagh, Delhi.
It is being examined. Also, the footage recorded by our team, will be checked. If slogans and activities against the law are noticed, then a case will be registered in the matter,u201d said a senior police officer.
