Vidya Balan recovering from dengue, thanks fans for 'prayers and jokes'

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who was down with dengue a couple of days ago, today took to Twitter to thank her fans for their support and love.

The 'Kahaani 2' actress, who returned from her US schedule for the same movie, also stated in her tweet that she was recovering at home itself.

Vidya Balan was advised at least a 10-day rest period. By the looks of her tweet, she does seem to be her usual peppy and cheerful self. 

The Filmfare award winner is currently gearing up for her next, 'Kahaani 2', which will also star Arjun Rampal. She will also be seen in 'Begum Jaan'.
