Urvashi's Favourite Recipe: Cauliflower & Paneer Sabzi

Recipe: Urvashi Sharma's Cauliflower & Paneer Sabzi

Ingredients:


u00bd kg cauliflower (washed well and grated)


250 gms paneer (grated or crumbled)

2 to 3 tbsp ghee

u00bd small onion (finely chopped)

11/2 tsp red chilli powder (or as per taste)

8 to 10 raisins

6 to 8 finely chopped cashewnuts (optional)

6 to 8 finely chopped almonds (optional)

salt to taste

Method:

Lightly heat ghee in a kadai. Add the onions and sautu00e9 on a low flame till light pink. Add the cauliflower and sautu00e9 on a low flame till pink. Add the paneer and mix well. Add salt and red chilli powder, raisins, cashewnuts and almonds. Mix well and simmer for five minutes. Serve hot with phulkas.
