The star cast of the film, Kunal Kemmu, Zoa Morani, Manasi Scott and Mandana Karimi individually met and greeted all the contest winners. The actors were also spotted clicking selfies with the fans.
Speaking about his role in Bhaag Johnny, Kunal said, “I instantly committed to this film as I was fascinated with the concept of this movie where the protagonist isn’t shown in a double role, but he gets a chance to live two different lives for three days. Johnny’s character sees the consequences and repercussions of both the parallel lives which he lives.
“For the first time, I am playing a negative as well as a positive lead in a film, yet it isn’t a double role. It was hectic, but I thoroughly enjoyed it,” he added.
Prior to the screening, the cast of Bhaag Johnny greeted the packed hall saying, “A very big thank you to mid-day for giving us a chance to meet our fans.”
A lucky mid-day Premiere Nights contestant, Arnab Mishra, who is an engineering student, said, “I am so thrilled to have a selfie clicked with Kunal Kemmu, my favourite actor. I wish that mid-day comes up with this contest for all movies.”
Another winner Bhavik Oza said: “I have been living in Mumbai since my childhood. But I won’t get sleep tonight after having seen such a dazzling evening with Bollywood stars. I love you, mid-day.”
Lipsa, an IT Consultant is a huge Kunal Kemmu fan. She said, “I just took a chance, texted an SMS, and then luckily got a call from mid-day. My dream has come true of meeting my screen hero face-to-face.”
Manasi Scott, the internationally famed singer plays a negative lead in Bhaag Johnny, which released yesterday.
