Shahid Kapoor is planning an intimate gathering of friends and family for his 27th birthday (February 25) at his home. The question on everyone's mind is: Will (neighbour and good friend) Priyanka Chopra be present?

Says a close friend of Shahid, "He's shooting in Jodhpur but he will be coming down for his birthday for a day.
He has been planning it for some time." The actor's home is currently under renovation. He has been meticulously checking into the design and details. It will be ready before the party.
The guest list will be very select. Informs the friend, "The tentative guest list as of now appears to be Shahid's dad Pankaj and stepmom Supriya Kapoor, their children Rohan and Sanaa, Shahid's brother Ishaan (Shahid's mother Neelima Azim and Rajesh Khattar's son) Shahid's close friend from Bangalore (Shriram), designer Shabina Khan, Shahid's trainer Abbas, directors Ahmed Khan and Ken Ghosh and a few other film people."
Shasha (as the actor is called by near and dear ones) has been planning all the party details from Jodhpur."
Shahid's best friend Ahmed Khan, who is currently shooting a dance sequence between Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor in Turkey confirms the party plans. "Yes, we are planning a party for Shahid on his birthday next week."
