Sajid Nadiadwala hasn't shown Kambakkht Ishq to his Hollywood stars

It's been a week since Sajid Nadiadwala's Kambakkht Ishq hit screens but none of his Hollywood stars Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards or Brandon Routh have seen the film yet.

Says a source, "When one of Denise's fans wrote, 'hey your Bollywood movie has releasedu2026 it was awesome' on her Twitter account, Denise replied saying 'I haven't seen it! Can't wait...glad you like it. Thanks for the feedback...' It's strange that Sajid, after talking so much about his Hollywood stars, hasn't even shown them the film."

In defense

Sajid Nadiadwala is shocked when we tell him about Denise's comments. He says defensively, "I am not part of any Twitter account, so I don't know what Denise said. Though I was directly in touch with Stallone, we were only interacting with Denise's agents even during the shoot in Los Angeles.

I wanted them both to come for my premiere if KI had released on May 29 and they had agreed but with the multiplex strike pushed everything back. When the film released last week, Sly was shooting in Rio and couldn't come down. Denise was busy with her international releases and couldn't attend."

However Sajid adds that he will show KI to his Hollywood stars in LA. "I am flying down to London over the weekend for my next film House Full. After a couple of days, I will be going to LA and will organise a screening for them. It would be nice to know what they think of my film. I don't think Akshay or Kareena can accompany me as they have their shooting commitments."
