u2026In my house, down south. I thought rather than doing work for the heck of it and then not getting recognized, it's better to stay at home and be with family. Also I was busy with my own production. In-between I also did a few Bengali and Bhojpuri films. I even got an award for my Bengali film. I think I have done a good work. Every one goes through such phases, even Amitabhji has seen ups and downs in his career. I got some roles in small Hindi movies, which demanded me to play prostitute, but I stayed away from them. I want to do good work. I don't want tou00a0 regret anything at a later stage of my career.

Your role in this movie?
I play the character of Mango Dolly. She dresses like Barbie and is completely happy-go-lucky. But this Hanna Montana kind of a sweet, innocent girl becomes a part gang of bad guys. They promise her of making her a part of beauty pageant but instead make her dance in a bar. Later, she falls in love with Quick Gun and my character thus unfolds.
With Quick Gun Murugun, are you trying to return to Bollywood?
No, I haven't planned anything as such. I am a destiny's child. I never plan. I know luck plays an important part but I don't trust it. What I only trust in is my God and being there at right time and right place.
Are you happy with your South career?
Oh yes, I am really very happy. It has given me recognition. Today I am recognized in any part of the world, people come and talk to me, they talk about my dance moves, my films etc. I am humbled to be a part of this industry.
