PS: He wants to repeat the Ranbir-Kat pair again...
After making several announcements about various projects on diverse subjects that never took off, Rajkumar Santoshi is now sticking to a romantic comedy yet again. 
Buzz is that the director wants to team up with his Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani star Katrina Kaif for his new film with Ashtavinayak. He recently inked the deal with the production house for the comic caper.
Half begun
The filmmaker has a reputation for initiating several projects most of which don't see light of day. "But he and the producers are keen that this project rolls by the year-end. He tasted success with Ajab Prem... after his last few films did not do well. Due to which he is keen to make a film with Katrina again who is a lucky mascot for him" says a source.
The film will have two heroes and another actress.
Santoshi is currently in the UK and remained unavailable for comment. An Ashtavinayak spokesperson confirms, "Rajkumar Santoshi is directing a film for which work is in progress."
