India’s first Radio channel to go live from #TwitterBlueRoom on Air
In yet another pioneering move for the radio industry, Radio City 91.1FM, the country’s leading radio network,went live from the Twitter Blue Room. Radio City brought to its listeners the real Sultans from ChinchpokliAkhada.

RJ Archana of Radio City in a candid chat hosted @TwitterIndia’s #BlueRoom on 13th July, 2016 at 12:00 noon with two pehelwans Prakash and Swapnali bringing to listeners the struggles pehelwans face while training.

Radio City brought to light the dedication and focus that goes into becoming a World Kushtee athlete. The thought process behind getting Prakash and Swapnali was to gain the difference in perspective of men and women in the arena. RJ Archana also tried her hand atkushtee in a short training session with the pehelwans. Twitter users could interact with RJ Archana using the hashtag #AskRJArchana and watch the Twitter Blue Room activity live on Periscope at @RadioCityIndia. Listeners across RJ Sucharita’s show could tune in the activity using Facebook Live and Periscope, a first yet again for the radio industry.
