Filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s son Agni Dev has taken to cricket. The 15-year old is now part of the Mumbai under-16 team.

Agni Dev, who has been playing cricket from the age of seven says, “I find cinema boring and love cricket. My father doesn’t mind me playing cricket and has been encouraging.’’

Agni is a batsman. “I play one down and my favourite cricketers are Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid.’’ Agni and Sachin’s son Arjun play cricket together at the MIG Club also.
