Several portions with Neil Nitin Mukesh in his upcoming thriller have been shot in black and white in Ireland.
The team is apparently planning to do a special event in the country to promote the film.

Reveals a source, “It was Neil’s idea to do some interesting activity in Dublin. The country was chosen as the location for the film shoot because it has a history of rebellion and renegade behavior. They shot at various real locations in and around Ireland from where notorious gangster Mickey Spillane used to operate.”
Spillane, an Irish-American mobster from New York, was called the last of the gentleman gangsters as a marked contrast to the violent Westies mob members of his time in the 1960s and early 1970s.
Neil, who plays a gangster in the film, is suave, charming and refined just like the infamous Irish gangster was. His look is classic and very retro -- the way the Irish gangster used to dress up in expensive suits.
Adds the source, “Along with director Bejoy Nambiar, Neil is extremely involved in the promotions of the film. So he is very keen to do an activity in Ireland which also has a large number of Indians based there.”
Incidentally, the Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger was also shot in Ireland. Irish authorities have been extending support to Bollywood films to attract Indian tourists just like Yash Chopra did to Switzerland. u00a0
