Neha Dhupia is all set for the summer

"I love summer the best of all the seasons. Everybody is out in the sunshine having fun, the food all around you is fab and you don't have to dress up much. Summer comes with a lot of happiness," says Neha Dhupia. The actress, who took a day off to chill at the beaches in Goa where she'd gone for work, talks to CS about what excites her about this hot season:

Cool travels
Summer's the best time to travel to Europe. And I do so every year without fail, if I don't have any work commitments. And you are sure to find me lounging on a sun bed at the Amalfi Coast in Italy or the beaches in Barcelona. The weather is so great during this period and the beautiful ocean just beckons you. Santa Fe and the South of France too are a must visit. And when I'm in India, Goa it is.

Haute dos
One of the best things about summer is that you don't have to dress up much. Lots of white, malmal tops, shorts and tees and of course, flip-flops, are my summer must-haves. I simply love to dress downu00a0-- less make up, cotton and linen clothes and hats to protect your skin from the sun.

Light bites
Since the temperature is already high, I prefer to keep my meals light. You'll find me biting into cold things, salads for sure, and lots of citrus fruits. Since your body tends to get dehydrated faster in summer, I try to include a lot of liquids in my diet; juices are my answer to food, as I can't eat much in this season. And well, there's the king of fruits to bite into. Unlike others, I like my mango a little raw and tangy. I eat it just a day before it's perfectly ripe. And since no one prefers the tangy taste, no one tries to steal my share!

Fresh deals
Apart from all of the above things, what I love most about summer is that it gives you the perfect reason to pamper yourself. I hit the pool everyday day I'm off work and go for lots of massage treatments. But what truly excites me is sitting at home with the air conditioning on and watching a lovely film. It's total bliss!
