Nandita Das appointed as Chairperson Children Film Society of India

Film actress-cum-director Nandita Das has been appointed as Chairperson of the Children''s Films Society of India (CFSI).

Film actress-cum-director Nandita Das has been appointed as Chairperson of the Children''s Films Society of India (CFSI).

Her appointment will be for a period of three years or until further orders whichever is earlier.

The position of CFSI chairperson had fallen vacant when incumbent Nafisa Ali resigned to contest the Lok Sabha polls from Lucknow on a Samajwadi Party ticket.
