Saiyami Kher, who made her debut with Mirzya (2016), hasn't had a promising start to her Bollywood career. The actor has, however, now turned her focus towards the hospitality industry - she is launching a farm stay in her hometown, Nashik.

A source reveals that Kher has invested in a property on the outskirts of Nashik and has turned it into an eco-resort of sorts, named Utopia Farmstay. "The property comprises 10 cottages and each of them has been decorated with authentic tribal artwork, to give one the feel of an actual rural home in Maharashtra. An organic farm will occupy a corner of the premises," says the source.

Confirming the news, Kher credits her parents for nudging her to launch the farm stay. "My parents [Uttara Kher and model Adwait Kher] have over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Utopia is close to my heart. Everyone living in big cities needs a getaway from their hectic lives. This space is perfect to unwind."
