Blissful beach
A morning walk on the beach or an hour of yoga or workout is the best thing for me. Inhaling the fresh air at Juhu beach revs up my metabolism and gets those oxitins flowing. It fills me with positive energy.
Retail therapy
Another best way to unwind to to take my daughter out shopping. I love pampering her. Also, she is my fashion critic and tells me what's hot and what's not. So watching the smile grow on her face does wonders for my soul.
Bookie delight
I love to curl up on my terrace with a good book. I like the idea of getting lost in someone else's world. And when I'm working, reading is a like a saviour, it saves me from making inconsequential talk.
Filmy maza
Loads of herbal tea and an interesting film is my idea of fun. The last film I saw was Falling in Love, an American romantic-drama, starring Meryl Streep and Robert De Niro. This activity is a double treat soothing for the eyes as well as the taste buds. It is magical, therapeutic and intoxicating.
