Pervez Musharraf and Ex-Minister of External Affairs Jaswant Singh on the same platform.

Jaswant spoke about the events that unfolded during the Kargil War, saying, ‘Though, tactically, we had been suprised, strategically, the situation had turned adverse for Pakistan and it was only a matter of time that we evicted Pakistan’ and General Musharraf countering it with, ‘A military victory was converted into a political defeat.’u00a0
